Due to the lengthy appointment times of the eyebrow embroidery service, it is important that guests follow our strict 12 hour cancellation policy.
How to proceed with booking:
$50 plus tax will be charged over the phone for your consultation at the time of your appointment booking. This cost is to cover your consultation on the day of the service as well as act as a deposit to secure your booking. If the guest does not show or cancels within 12 hrs of the appointment the deposit will not be refunded and an additional deposit will be taken if the guests re books.
If you can no longer attend the appointment, 48 hours notice must be given in order to receive the full refund.
This 48 hour cancellation notice must be given over the phone to a Ritual front of house employee
If a guests books a consultation and an embroidery booking on the same day a deposit of $100 plus tax will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment time and date.
If guests fails to show or cancels within 12 hrs the deposit will be non refundable and an additional deposit will be taken of $100 plus tax if the guest re books.
On the day of your booking, the deposit will be taken off your account and the remainder balance must be paid.
Mandatory 6-8 week touch up: $0 ( the touch up is included in the total price)
If a guest no shows or cancels their appointment within 12 hrs of their touch up appointment time a $100 no show/cancellation charge will apply.
If a guest would like to book a second touch up appointment after their original booking a $350 charge will apply.
** please note that we recommend a MIN. of 6 months for a secondary touch up.**
Same booking procedure applies for touch up as the initial service.
