SANITATION POLICY

Ritual takes sanitation and hygiene very seriously. All of our embroidery tools are disposable and we use the highest grade of surgical tools. We strive to maintain the most stringent levels of sanitation possible surpassing health board requirements ensuring your health and safety.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests who provide less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Failure to show or cancellation with less than one hour notice will result int 100% of the service price will be charged.

Although the 6 week touch up is included in the price of your embroidery, please note that if you fail to cancel less than 24hr or no show for your appointment a charge of $100 will be applied.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Due to the high demand for appointments, our bookings are made back to back and we rely on our guests arriving on time. If you are unable to make it on time please call ahead to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated. We will do our best to make sure you can still have your service but it may have to be augmented due to time restraints.
