Ritual takes sanitation and hygiene very seriously. All of our tools and sinks are sanitized using medical grade disinfectant and bleach in between each and every client. We do not re use nail files or double dip into our wax and we use clean examination paper on our wax beds for every single client. We strive to maintain the most stringent levels of sanitation possible surpassing health board requirements ensuring your health and safety.



Guests who provide less than 24hrs notice for individual appointments or less than 48 hours notice for group appointments (3 or more)  will be charged 50% of the service price. Failure to show or cancellation of service within one hour of appointment time will result in 100% of service charged.



For guests who reschedule within the 24 hour time period or 48 hour time period for groups of 3 or more will be charged 50% of service total. This 50% will then be on placed on your account and can be used as a credit when you reschedule your appointment. Rescheduled appointment must occur within 2 weeks of originally scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment on the day of service will result in a 50% non refundable charge.



Due to the high demand for appointments, our bookings are made back to back and we rely on our guests arriving on time. If you are unable to make it on time please call ahead to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated. We will do our best to make sure you can still have your service but it may have to be augmented due to time restraints. Full service charges will apply.



Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff however we cannot add them to credit card or interac transactions. Cash tips are appreciated.
